RUCC sponsored Restaurant creates Jobs and empowers community

Overlooking the beautiful Indian ocean, with vast unencumbered views of the sea, just few meters from a cliff face that drops tens of meters into the crashing white sea surf sits the beautiful new facility which houses Afrocuisine.

Afrocuisine is a new community empowerment initiative pioneered by RUCC Ministries. Sited within the new community center built by the church for the coffee bay community. The restaurant is a job creation initiative and boasts a beautiful ambience, good food, great company and fantastic views through expansive windows.

The menu is distinctly African with a splash of Eurocentric and continental influences. Arfocuisine offers burgers, samp and beans, rice, assortment of veggies, assorted meats and much more.

Offering a menu with entrees such as “go big burger”, it is no wonder that since opening, Afrocuisine has been packed to the rafters with satisfied clients. After all, how many places can you enjoy a hot meal while watching the dolphins play?

Proceeds from the restaurant will be recycled into the community to run sill development and other poverty eradication projects.
